Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel has extremely comfortable and well-equipped rooms serviced twice a day. However, the restaurant has reported sightings of many rats, which is a concerning issue for guests.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were very nicely furnished and luxurious, but the noise from the street opposite the Buddha Bar was quite bothersome, especially during early mornings. The location was convenient for shopping and close to attractions like St Honore and the Louvre, yet the design felt a bit outdated, especially in the bathroom.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, with an excellent bathroom and plenty of cupboard space. Although the room was a bit smaller than expected, it was easy to use and very pleasant, with great attention to detail throughout. The service exceeded our expectations, being exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location was ideal for shopping and near major attractions. The dining experience was nice, with fresh fruit and tempting pastries. Overall, a great choice for a special weekend stay.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. They were spacious, immaculately clean, and sophisticatedly decorated. The service was top-notch, with the staff being so accommodating and attentive to all of our needs. The location was a big bonus, especially being near Place de la Concorde and Faubourg St Honore Street. The dining experience was equally impressive, with delicious and abundant choices available. Overall, a fantastic experience with just minor inconveniences due to changes in regulations affecting rental availability in Paris.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were always pristine with typical Sofitel bedding, but the room I got was cheaper and smaller than expected. The service was polite and responsible, although not exceptional for a 5-star hotel. The location was excellent for exploring the city on foot, but there were minor inconveniences. The dining options were delicious with abundant choices, but the facilities lacked a bit.
The hotel's rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean, and had all the necessary amenities; however, they were tiny and noisy due to the street and nearby activity. The service was extremely polite and accommodating, with helpful staff. The location was central and safe, perfect for exploring the area easily. The dining options were excellent, although slightly overpriced. Overall, a cozy stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were charming and cozy, especially with the high ceilings and lovely bathroom. The hotel bar added to the overall appeal. However, the rooms were a bit small and lacked natural light, and the shower didn't meet expectations. Despite these minor downsides, I had made my reservation six months in advance, which made the stay seamless.
